Ferrania Technologies conducts its global business in such a way to minimize the impact on the environment while protecting the health and safety of its employees, contractors, customers, and communities. All employees are responsible for the successful implementation of this policy and for the commitments listed below.

Commitments
The policy is accomplished through the following commitments:

1.	Ferrania Technologies will meet all applicable Environmental, Health and Safety legal requirements, regulations and assent agreements
2.	Ferrania Technologies will strive to develop processes and products which minimize impact on Environment, Health and Safety.
3.	Ferrania Technologies will continually improve its Environmental, Health and Safety Management System and performances.
4.	Ferrania Technologies will actively promote pollution prevention and waste minimization in order to preserve natural resources, and will ensure the proper disposal of wastes in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
5.	Ferrania Technologies will work in co-operation with industry groups, suppliers, Local and National governments and communities, also with the diffusion of its EHS policy
6.	Ferrania Technologies will provide appropriate training for all personnel to ensure that people will know the policy and its goals, and contribute to the EMS implementation in order to meet company's targets

7.	Ferrania Technologies will maintain appropriate controls, including periodic EMS review, to ensure that this policy is current and is being followed.
