| The Quality Assurance
procedure is performed based on the acquistion of various predefined processor
and printer parameters. This information is loaded into a database which in turn builds the set of statistical control charts with customized control limits. The system will automatically recognize out of control values and will automatically notify the user. In addition, the system will also specify a set of possible causes. The LifeImaging QA Web System enables the radiological department to maintain an accurate, centralized quality control of all the printing and processing equipment and therefore guarantees the highest standards avoiding any mistakes in the diagnostic process as well as patient dose. |
