Coverage: the guarantee covers manufacturing defects of the camera, excluding materials subject to depletion such as batteries, film, …

The following are excluded from this guarantee:
- Products damaged by natural events (flooding, fire, etc.);
- Products that have been incorrectly used or stored;
- Products involved in accidents (shocks, falls, …) or that have been repaired or modified by technicians not authorised by Ferrania S.p.A.;
- Products that have been shipped for repair in a manner that does not conform to the instructions described below and/or where the guarantee certificate has been altered.

Shipping: the defective product, accompanied by the certificate, and the cash register receipt, must be shipped to the Ferrania local subsidiary in charge of the area where the camera was bought. All postage and packaging costs for items sent to the manufacturer are to be covered by the customer. The manufacturer will however, cover all postage and packaging costs incurred when returning the items back to the customer.
