Ferrania Technologies is seeking innovative solutions for the High Tech Industry

AryLite™ is a new amorphous polymer featuring excellent dielectric and optical quality combined with an unsurpassed heat resistance. Optical grade AryLite™ films will be used to replace glass in Flat Panel Displays to make lighter, more robust hand held devices and, ultimately, bendable and wearable displays. A unique material for applications in demanding processing conditions such as in display manufacturing workflow. Protective coatings, barrier layers and transparent conductors will provide a complete solution for LCD plastic supports.

There is a growing need for better materials in the electronic industry. Ferrania's Fluorene Polyesters (FPE) feature outstanding dielectric properties over a broad range of temperatures.

Thin FPE dielectrics will be introduced as high use temperature replacement for Polycarbonate in wound film capacitors operating up to 125° C higher than materials that are currently available. These new capacitors will allow to save on cooling systems and house electronics near heat sources.

Thanks to their unique dielectric film, higher energy densities and faster power switching will become available in many different applications:

- heavy-duty oil well drilling heads
- medical defibrillators
